💸 Fee Tiers

Reactor supports 4 fee tiers:

• 0.01% : ideal for stable pairs with low volatility

• 0.05% : general-purpose

• 0.3% : for moderate-risk pairs

• 1% : for volatile or illiquid pairs

Different pools can exist for the same token pair, each with its own fee tier. This gives the market flexibility to find the optimal balance between LP incentives and trader execution.

⚙️ Protocol Fee

A fixed percentage of the swap fee is reserved as a protocol fee. This rate is currently under design and will be finalized with governance. (Default target: at max 25% of the LP fee)
